Judith Schuster, Partner 

 

Judith Schuster is a management and organization development consultant with extensive work experience in organizational design and strategy, executive coaching, executive team development, leadership development, talent management, change management, and socio-technical improvement methodologies. She brings both business acumen and behavioral science training to her leadership coaching practice. She specializes in helping leaders discover solutions to difficult dilemmas within themselves, the executive team, work group, and the organization.

 

Since 1992 Judith has utilized 360º qualitative and quantitative individual assessments. She prefers to use these tools when supported by ongoing coaching within her coaching engagements. She is certified to implement and interpret a number of quantitative 360 degree assessment surveys, including: “Benchmarks”, and self-assessments such as DISC, MBTI, LIFO and has integrated the GPI assessment tool into qualitative leadership feedback profiles.

 

Ms. Schuster worked as an internal change agent within the non-profit and commercial health care and electric power generation industries, as an organization development consultant with Yale New Haven Hospital, SmithKline Bio-Science Laboratories and Public Service Gas and Electric and the Philadelphia Electric Company. Her coaching clients work within major institutions including: Merck Pharmaceuticals, Solvay Pharmaceuticals (now Abbott), GE Plastics (now Sabic), Bayer Pharmaceuticals & Biologics, Nabisco Research (now Kraft Foods), Hartford Hospital, Owens Corning, TIAA-CREF and others.

 

Judith earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational Communication from Purdue University, and a postgraduate certificate in Organization and Systems Development from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She supported the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland’s International Coaching Program through her involvement in the design of the program and participation as an adjunct faculty member
