Tom Falkowski
Tom Falkowski, Partner - brings the unique perspective of someone with broad business, leadership, and consulting experience. He has led sales organizations, product groups, consulting organizations, and international teams. He has partnered with over 60 organizations on a broad span of topics including Organization Design and Effectiveness, Change Management/Culture Change, Learning and Performance Strategy, Executive and Leadership Development, and HR Strategy and Development. He has worked with organizations across 5 continents and lived in Europe, Australia and throughout the United States.
Mr. Falkowski held key positions at Development Dimensions International, a global Human Resources consulting company. He was responsible for international consulting engagements in the areas of organizational change, assessment and selection, and learning and development. He was also responsible for developing and managing leadership, workforce effectiveness, and organizational development technologies, while identifying and incorporating new learning and delivery technologies into the products and services. He was Vice President of Learning Strategy for Click2Learn (now SumTotal Solutions) where he led their Strategic Consulting Group and helped the company to formulate their professional services strategy.
Mr. Falkowski has spoken on sales, marketing, e-Learning Strategy, Knowledge Management, Reengineering, Process Improvement and Employee Development; his articles on "go to market" strategy, learning strategy, measurement and teams have been published in the US and UK. He has a Masters degree in Information Resource Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelors degree in Finance from Boston College.
His current and past clients include the Coca-Cola Company, Nike, Parke-Davis, Microsoft, the Veterans Affairs Medical System, the United States Air Force, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, and Lubrizol.
