Robert Ostrov
Rob Ostrov, Partner – is a nationally recognized global expert in the field of Human Resources. He has held Senior Executive HR roles at GE and FedEx and has served as the Chief HR Officer for True Value Hardware Stores and the Arvin Meritor Corporation, both Fortune 500 Companies.
Mr. Ostrov was elected to the National Academy of Human Resource Executives, which recognizes the top 200 HR Executives in the country. He was a recipient of the MacArthur Foundation award for his ground-breaking work in the field of corporate management training, employee development and succession planning.
Mr. Ostrov has been called upon to testify before Congress to offer his advice and counsel on various HR and employment law issues. Most recently he has contributed to congressional review and oversight of the Executive Compensation requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley legislation and has also participated in White House-sponsored meetings on the new Health Care Reform Act.
