Julia Law
Julia Law, Partner, specializes in leadership development and talent management. She has developed many innovations in leadership development, talent assessment and selection, and human resources planning. Ms. Law has also helped to guide numerous organization redesigns and change initiatives.
She was most recently vice president, human resources for Nike, USA. Prior to that she was senior vice president, HR for McKesson Pharmaceutical Group, and before that she spent nine years in various human resources roles, at the Coca-Cola Company, including international assignments in Europe and the Pacific Rim. She was responsible for developing Coke's global general management bench-depth program, an aggressive effort to build a global talent pool of future general managers directly supporting the company's brand expansion around the world.
Ms Law has consulted in talent management, organization design and human resources strategy to numerous companies, including Bayer, Medco, Nabisco, Toys R Us, and McKesson.
Ms. Law holds an MS degree in management sciences from Harvard University. |
