Judith Schuster

Ms. Schuster is a management and organization development consultant with over twenty-five years of work experience in executive coaching, organizational strategy and team development, learning and education, leadership development, change management, and socio-technical methodologies. She brings comprehensive counseling and gestalt training to her organizational consulting, leadership coaching and development practice. Judith also has an extensive background in the use of personality profiling to help middle and upper-middle managers gain insight into personal orientations that influence management behaviors. She specializes in encouraging deep change at the individual leader level as well as the levels of the executive team and total organization.

Ms. Schuster previously worked as an internal change agent within the non-profit and commercial health care and electric power generation industries, as a management and organization development consultant with Yale New Haven Hospital, SmithKline Bio-Science, Laboratories and Public Service Gas and Electric as well as Philadelphia Electric Company (PECO). Her clients include: Merck Research Laboratories, Bayer Pharmaceuticals & Biologics, Nabisco Research, Hartford Hospital, Clariant Specialty Chemicals, Georgia Power, Whirlpool, Johns Manville, Owens Corning, TIAA-CREF, Chrysler Financial Services and others.

Judith earned a Master's Degree in Organizational Communication from Purdue University, and a postgraduate certificate in Organization and Systems Development from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She supported the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland's International Coaching Program through her involvement in the design of the program and participation as an adjunct faculty member. She is based in the Philadelphia area.
