Dr. Jonathan Jefferson

Dr. Jonathan Jefferson, Partner – has more than 28 years of experience as a management consultant, corporate executive, higher education administrator, and college professor. Dr. Jefferson’s areas of expertise include leadership, strategy, organization behavior, business process reengineering, large-scale program management and lean six sigma. Dr. Jefferson’s research interests are in the areas of mentoring and leadership development.

Dr. Jefferson has been a Vice President and Partner with A.T. Kearney; a Partner with CSC Consulting; a Director with BearingPoint Management Consultants; and a Manager with Price Waterhouse. Dr. Jefferson has worked on four different continents and has consulted to more than 35 companies. He has a BS in Mathematics with honors from Morehouse College, a Master of Engineering in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, a MS in Organization and Management from Capella University, and a Doctor of Management from the Institute for Advanced Studies at Colorado Technical University. His research has been published in The Journal of Business and Leadership, The International Journal of Education Research, and The Southwestern Business Administration Journal.

Dr. Jefferson is a Certified Manager by the Institute of Certified Professional Managers; a Certified Master Career and Corporate Coach; a Certified Behavioral Consultant; a Certified Behavioral Analyst in Business Perspectives; and is trained to administer MBTI and FIRO-B.
