Gregory Kesler is managing partner in CHRS. He consults with corporations in executive talent-management, organization design and human resources planning. Mr. Kesler has published numerous articles on succession planning, executive development and human resources strategy. |

He has worked with more than 50 major corporations over the past 15 years in Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa and the Pacific. He has implemented numerous executive succession planning, assessment and talent development systems with many of those clients. Greg has provided executive team development and change-management support to many companies engaged in globalization and strategy innovation. Mr. Kesler conducts seminars for human resources professionals in organization design and succession planning.
He has supported the transformation of the human resource function in 20 major corporations. His widely-read article describing that work received the Walker Award for “best advances in state-of-the-art thinking,” by the HR Planning Society.
Before beginning his consulting career, Mr. Kesler held positions in three Fortune 200 companies, representing such diverse industries as office systems, capital equipment and pharmaceutical and consumer products. During that time he held senior HR-management positions in the US and Europe . At Pitney Bowes, Mr. Kesler served as vice-president of human resources for North America .
His clients include Bayer, The Coca-Cola Company, Nike, Levi-Strauss, McKesson, Merck & Co., Pfizer, Whirlpool, Verizon, Albertson's and many others.
Mr. Kesler holds a Master's Degree in Organization and Human Relations from the University of Kansas . Selected
