Dr.
Hoffman specializes in high-performance
team design and implementation. Additionally
she conducts training needs analyses and
leadership training workshops.
She previously worked
as an internal organization development
consultant with the General Electric Company
with focus on employee involvement and self-regulating
work teams, training, and employee empowerment.
Her experience also includes work with the
Saturn Corporation; the consulting firm
of Resource Associates; and the California
State Hospital System. She conducts training
needs assessment, design, delivery and evaluation.
Her clients include
GE, Whirlpool, Omni Filter and others. She
received her Doctorate in Industrial-Organizational
Psychology from the University of Tennessee.
