Chuck Rose

Chuck is a Senior Consultant with CHRS focused on organization development and talent issues.

Chuck's professional experience includes thirteen years at the world headquarters for The Coca-Cola Company. While at Coke, he distinguished himself in strategic staffing, including providing leadership to the GMTI program - a cutting edge initiative to build an internal talent pool of global, general-management talent. In his last assignment with Coke, Chuck was accountable for the talent acquisition strategy and staffing operations for the United States , which included managing a team of twenty-two professionals.

He has worked with CHRS clients in talent management systems and in change management, facilitating design and strategy teams in Europe and in the US .

Chuck's current clients include consumer products, manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies, as well as small businesses and start-ups. He has extensive international experience in staffing and organization change.

He holds a BA in Economics and Business from Emory and Henry College .
