William Brown, Senior Consultant
William Brown - previously worked as the Director of Compensation with Pitney Bowes, with a focus on executive compensation, incentive plan design and assessing the effectiveness of existing compensation plans. He also worked for other major Fortune 500 companies, Unisys and Carrier Corporation, in the area of general human resources. Mr. Brown participates in the CHRS practice areas of Compensation where he specializes in the assessment of compensation plans and programs and the design and/or redesign of incentive and equity plans.
Mr. Brown has made presentations at various industry conferences on topics such as the changing nature of compensation and executive compensation in the new world of corporate governance. He has also co-authored a chapter on selected HR issues in Industrial Relations to Human Resources and Beyond (edited by Messrs. Kaufman, Beaumont and Helfgott).
He received his degree in Economics from Tufts University. His consulting experience includes work with the Ball Corporation, Pfizer, Elan Pharmaceuticals, Lockheed Martin and others.
